Shipping & Delivery Policy

Y2 House offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $250.

Please allow 1-2 business days pending item availability and credit card verification for orders to be processed and shipped.

We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours. As part of the DHL/UPS/USPS Express Service, orders will normally be delivered in 1-2 working days. (If the parcel is kept in custom for import duty, it might take longer to reach you).

If the delivery is within the US, the online listed price will be VAT included. 

For our international customers, the import duty is not included. You might be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Y2 House gladly offers store credit or an exchange of merchandise. Please note we do not issue refunds for returned items.

 

  • Store credit can be used both in-store and online.
  • Any item purchased on sale is considered Final Sale and is not eligible for a return, an exchange or store credit, including items sold at a discounted price.
  • We do not accept returns for jewelries, intimates and swimwear.
  • All returns must be pre-approved and we will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication between us and the customer. When proceeding with your return, we kindly ask you to notify us about the item you wish to return and provide a reason for returning it.
  • All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and include the original receipt. Items must remain in their original, unused, unwashed condition and with all the Y2 House and designer tags attached.
  • For online orders, items you wish to return must be shipped within 7 business days of receipt.
  • We cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error.
  • At Y2 House, we pay extreme attention to the quality of the items we sell. Everything we receive and ship further out is always carefully reviewed, therefore we do not accept returns for items damaged through personal use.

We reserve the right to deny returns if items returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
