Y2 House offers shipping to United States and international customers via UPS. We are happy to offer U.S. complimentary shipping on orders of $250 or more.
Orders received before 1pm EST Tuesday through Friday will ship that day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Tuesday.
United States Shipping
Y2 House offers complimentary UPS shipping on orders of $250 or more. Orders are shipped from our Boston store unless stated otherwise. Transit times are estimates and Y2 House is not responsible for any carrier service delays.
Canada Shipping
Y2 House offers complimentary UPS shipping on orders of $600 or more. Orders are shipped from our Boston store unless stated otherwise. Transit times are estimates and Y2 House is not responsible for any carrier service delays.
International customers may be responsible for duties and import taxes on their orders. Some orders may also experience transit delays due to customs. Y2 House is not responsible for payment of any duties and cannot offer accurate rates for these additional charges.
International Shipping
Y2 House offers worldwide shipping via UPS and Fedex. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier. Y2 House is not responsible for shipping delays on international orders.

In-Store Pickup
Order Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
Holding Period: We will hold your items for a maximum of 3 months from the date you are notified that your order is ready.
Expired Orders: If you do not pick up your items within the 3-month holding period, the order will be considered expired. In this case, Y2 House will retain the items, and a refund will not be issued.
